Upon
graduating
from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma, he joined the U.S. Air Force. After five years of service with tours of duty in the Philippine Islands, Louisiana, Texas and Alaska, he was discharged having attained the rank of Captain.
Mr. Holtmann
has been a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association for over thrity-five years. He is admitted to practice in all of the courts of Oklahoma, including the Oklahoma Supreme Court, as well as the U.S. Federal Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma and the United States Supreme Court.
